Under the authority of the Executive Committee and under the supervision of the Permanent Technical Director, the coaches are responsible for the supervision and sports training of the players.
Coaches are recruited by the Executive Committee. They are placed under the responsibility of the General Director assisted by his Technical Director.
Coaches are responsible for:
1. Prepare and do workouts every day;
2. Ensure player discipline;
3. Serve as a liaison between players themselves;
4. Serve as liaison between players and the Executive Committee via the Technical Director;
5. Execute the decisions of the Executive Committee regarding players;
6. Ensure the continued technical development of players;
7. Inform the Permanent Technical Director of the plan for aligning players on the field;
8. Propose to the Executive Committee a plan for recruiting new players;
9. Fulfill the role of advisor to players in the sporting and private context;
10. Report equipment needs to the Executive Committee, via the Permanent Technical Director;
11. Maintain friendly relations with their counterparts from other clubs.
The coaches sign a contract, the model of which is proposed by the Executive Committee. This contract can be renewed by mutual agreement.
The players must elect from among themselves a captain and a Vice-Captain who must be approved by the Coach and the Permanent Technical Director.
Under the authority of the Permanent Technical Director and the Coach, the captain is the leader of the players. He ensures good relations within the club and contributes to the discipline of the players.
The captain leads the team on the field. He is responsible for the discipline of players on the field where he represents the authority of the club. During matches, only he has the power to address the referee. He signs the match sheets at the end of the match and records any observations and reservations therein.
To better monitor the progress of players, individual training records must be kept. Punctuality and regularity must be essential.
The executive committee recruits one or more team trainers responsible for ensuring the health of the players in general and especially during matches.
The trainer must monitor the players' diet during matches and draw up a medical report for each player.
A player is any person regularly affiliated to the club. The affiliated player signs an affiliation contract, the terms of which are determined by the Executive Committee.
